The Pillars of Havid Nagan

Hello collector,

Most of the time, brands speak through new releases — a complication, a novelty, or some incremental refinement. But the quieter work happens behind the curtain - the shaping of philosophy, structure, and intent. As we await the deliveries of the Classic One and continue the development of the HN02, I’ve spent these past months refining not just the watches themselves, but the foundation of Havid Nagan.

This process has brought me to a deeper understanding of where the brand stands and what I wish it to represent. Under the Havid Nagan name, novelties will remain rare and deliberate — one or two per year, produced in small series of 50–60 pieces, and never repeated. Each reference will serve as a study in mechanical nuance, material experimentation, and unique expression of the technicalities and complications that get my heart fluttering.

The collection will stand on three pillars -

  • HNxx – the home of the more spirited and architectural ideas; a line that will soon evolve into a refined tonneau form.

  • Classic – a space for my interpretations of traditional design language, where restraint meets proportion.

  • Amanor – the brand’s vision of an integrated sports watch, a work still in quiet development.

HNxx, Classic, and Amanor (speculative)

The HN02 will be the final time-only novelty for the foreseeable future — a closing note before a new rhythm begins. Alongside this, an idea I’ve carried for some time has finally taken form - a more accessible expression of the brand, built for those who share the same fascination but seek an easier point of entry. This is Origins.

The diffusion line will explore the more unbound, sometimes unconventional designs that live between artistry and play — crafted primarily in steel, produced in larger quantities, and freed from the constraints of haute complication. The original cushion case, long synonymous with Havid Nagan, will find a second life here as the Origins One, a watch I hope to debut sometime early-to-mid-2026.

Design, to me, is not about repetition but evolution — each iteration a dialogue with what came before. Origins is that dialogue made tangible - a way to open the doors wider, to share the same language of form and emotion with more collectors, while preserving the soul and form of Havid Nagan. This structure is my strategy that will enable Havid Nagan to accomplish it’s goal of building a larger community of passionate enthusiasts, made possible only by removing any and all expressional restraints.
